When user opens a folder with music content with Nautilus, and a player (totem
and many others) is open, drag and drop of music files from nautilus and the
player isn't good.
The player shouldn't go away at ctrl-leftmousebutton on the file in nautilus,
this would be a "creating playlist" improvement , user's speed using players
would be seriously extreme
