sorry for marking this invalid as this was changed from a papercut to empathy(upstream) so I marked it invalid and did not had a thorough view on the bug report that time. Now I tried and reproduced it in empathy, and this is an empathy issue as I reproduced this with both gnome- notifications and notify-osd. Thanks Brian
