Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

Since last days update the stickynotes show an additional ugly fat top
window border. So now, there is the small top border of the stickynotes
itself and the ugly fat top border of the system theme. When editing the
stickynotes preferences and clicking on any checkbox the ugly border
disappeares, but after the next reboot it is there again on every
stickynote.

I love the gnome stickynotes, because they are very tiny and easy to
handle. They are by far better than the bulky tomboy program - and they
should remain that way without any ugly fat borders!!

Keep up the good work!!
