Oh weird.. I just checked again. I have 5 gnome-terminals open, and I have 2 Chromium windows open. When I click on gnome-terminal in awn I get a popup menu with no compiz decorations on it (as expected), but when I click on Chromium in awn I get a popup with decorations on it.
