@Om26er , "loubserp-mxit" to "mxit" renaming is a separate bug. This bug was about the icons not being present , which are present in empathy now. Are you sure the upstream devs wanted the deal the renaming in this same bug ? I just commented my discussion on #empathy in the bgo bug. IMO , You need to open a separate bug upstream.
