Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
This is a regression in lucid in the last few days:
I have an APC UPS connected to my Lucid desktop machine by usb, with
apcupsd and upowerd running.
Until a couple of days ago, I got a battery+ac icon on my gnome panel,
with a menu that let me find out it was fully charged etc.
Today, the icon appears and disappears about every minute. When it is
there, it has a menu with no items.
% upower --monitor-detail
shows nothing, and there is nothing in the apcupsd event log.
