Hi Kangarooo, in which settings? If you're talking about the gconf /desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/indicator/showFlags key, that doesn't take effect anymore after today's changes. The new keyboard icon seems to have replaced all the previous drawing code. It doesn't even get to switch layouts anymore with left click, like it did up until yesterday.
