I can reproduce the issue. It's clearly a bug.
If gksu (the password entry) is opened and then gnome-typing-monitor starts, 
the postpone button (g-t-m)  can not be clicked but you can still enter the 
password into the gksu box (which is behind the g-t-m window)

I'm confirming the issue, reaffecting to gnome-typing-monitor and adding
a gksu task.
