Hi!
I noticed that gnome-cups-icon uses some cpu time (some, not all, please
do not confuse this with #44196), while being idle.
While being idle, IMHO it should only poll() or select() on some pipe to
cupsd, but not access it's l10n files and my config every second. I'll
attach an strace snippet.
