I tried to swap panels. (i.e. to put the taskbar in the top screen edge,
and the menu bar - tothe bottom one.) But when I change "position" value
in menubar properties from 'top' to 'bottom', it automatically comes
back to 'top'. So I can't put the menu bar to the bottom screen edge.
Fix this bug, please.
