Here is another debug text file of a similar bug. What caused it was that I double clicked on an internet radio station, and it started playing. I then switched to a Firefox browser window, and the music stopped playing a few seconds later. When I switched back to Rythmbox a minute later, the "pa_stream_writable_size failed" error message was already displayed there.
