Aha, yeah, I can reproduce it.

Some additional background: I removed "Ubuntu One" using the Ubuntu
Software Center just after installing Lucid, and also removed the Ubuntu
One directory in my $HOME.

Now, I open Evolution and it goes OK until I go to the Contacts section
and I just click in the "Ubuntu One" CouchDB address book. Just after
the click, selecting the item in the treeview, evolution-data-server
goes to 100% CPU usage, and need to logout my current session.

BTW, there seems no way to effectively emove the Ubuntu One CouchDB
address book. I try to remove it, disappears from the treeview, I
restart Evolution and there it is again.
