Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

The new default theme in lucid uses darker panels, but the keyboard-
preferences applet continues to display black text making it difficult
to see.  See attached screenshot.  Notice the black text reading "USA"
is very difficult to read against the black panel.  This is directly
above the red line in the screenshot.
