Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Just built a PC and installed Ubuntu 9.04. I have MP3 Songs on the
internal SATA drive. When I go into the Music Player and try to play
them, it won't let me. At the same time, all of the songs are being
removed from the que until there are no more. When I go to reload the
que, I get this message:"Error stating file '/media/disk': No such file
or directory" I can reload the files into que and play them but, when I
start the player the next time, I have to watch the files empty before
adding them again. Package is Rhythmbox Version 0.12.0-0Ubuntu4
