In the section "bluetooth-properties"
[bluetooth-properties]

Comment=配置蓝牙设定
Icon=蓝牙

Categories=GTK;GNOME;Settings;X-GNOME-NetworkSettings
The "Icon" item should not be translated, and cause the bluetooth icon not show
in the menu .
update-gnome-menus-cache also generate this bad content.
I'm not sure whether it was caused by this applications( itself or the
translation ) or others.
