In List View, if there are not enough file entries to fill the screen, you can
right-click to create a new folder, or new document.
Once there are enough file entries to fill the screen, there doesn't appear to
be any way to create a new folder.
I've had to switch to Compact View to have space in the right hand area where
the right-click menu would show these options.
