Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
System > Preferences > Assistive Technologies > Keyboard > Audio
Feedback > Visual cues for sounds
Audio feedback as screen or titlebar flash does not work. I have caused
the system to make many error sounds and none have flashed the screen or
the titlebar when either options were selected.
