Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
The "Time and Date Settings" panel has text on the bottom that says "Click to
make changes". The time to click is not highlighted or differentiated in any
way. Clicking on the text does nothing and the click target padlock icon is so
small that it is not immediately obvious that the user needs to click that
icon. Highlighting the icon, making the text a click target, or changing to the
text to say
"Click lock to make changes" (English example of course), may help clear up
matters for the novice user.
