Binary package hint: gnome-panel
This looks like the same problem as #201132, during the upgrade to
Hardy. gnome-panel 1:2.30.0 has built on i386 but not yet on amd64, and
gnome-panel-data 1:2.29.92.1-0ubuntu3 has already been removed from the
repositories, so it's impossible to install gnome-panel right now on
Lucid for amd64.
