Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

The temperature is not available for my time zone. It is:
Maracaibo, Venezuela (GMT -4:30)
Latitude 10,566667 North
Altitude 71,733330 West

It was working until today i think. I'm using ubuntu lucid beta1 x64,
and i checked in another computer with ubuntu karmic x86 and it's not
working either. It's working for the other time zones i checked.
