So fsck found that the EXT4 filesystem was not clean and there was a lot of block/inode fixing to do on the disk I was copying to: audio: 81298/19537920 files (8.0% non-contiguous), 67394818/78142160 blocks
fsck did not find any issues on the FAT32 filesystem I was copying from.
