this is also visible with Bluetooth disabled. It should only show up if Bluetooth is enabled and one enabled the option to receive files. Even than there should be a way to hide this message. Download and Desktop folder are used for many other things and this message is most of the time irrelevant. Like adding a message "Files you download in Firefox might show up in this folder."
