I keep getting this to this day. Here's a screenshot of how it looks like. It really looks as if openssh client itself was interfering with gvfs or something.
To reproduce: 1. Use nautilus to connect to a password-based SSH server, such as sftp://u...@server 2. When prompted if you want to remember the password, select "only for this session" 3. Move around.
