Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: totem

When playing back audio files in Totem on arm platforms, the default of
having visualization effects enabled puts too much load on the system,
causing playback to stutter. The default for arm should be set to
disabled.

This is current as of 20100406 live images (dove & imx51).
