I found out that the problem is with this file:
~/.gconf/desktop/gnome/session/required_components/%gconf.xml
Mine looks like this:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<gconf>
<entry name="windowmanager" mtime="1270886575" type="string">
<stringvalue>compiz</stringvalue>
</entry>
</gconf>
Well, deleting this file should be safe so it should fix the problem.
