Looking at https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/lucid/+source/gtkhtml3.14/+pots/gtkhtml-3.14 I see that Catalan has been translated for a while, and I still can reproduce the bug. The same for Spanish, a Ricardo was reporting.
