Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-media
On Dove, I've unmuted the microphone, and the volume is sufficient for
recording. When I record with gnome sound recorder, I can see the
microphone volume bar move while I talk, but if I have the format set to
.ogg, I hear nothing upon playback. If I change the format to any of
the other 3 (.flac, .wav, or .spx), then I can play it back and hear the
audio fine.
