Hello Sebastien, I had this issue after two non-contiguous package updates. I was able to solve it both times by running in recovery mode, and performing the "restore packages" action. In both cases I had to wait till the day after original update (i guess due to the availability of new updates which solved the configuration error). I will provide requested information if this malfunction happens again.
