Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: totem

I'm new to open source systems like ubuntu.
When I try to run any .ra, .ram, .rm files with totem media player, It produces
the following error:
"gstreamer encountered a general stream error"
First, It asked for installing the following package:"GStreamer plugins from
the "bad" set"
Then, it run the files normally once.
Afterwords, I installed "RealPlayer11GOLD.deb" as I thought it would help
better in downloading utube videos.
when I tried to use "totem media player" again, it produced that error.
So, I removed ""RealPlayer11GOLD" as i discovered that its featurs isn't like
the windows realplayer.
Even though, the "totem media player" is still displaying the same error.
I removed the "GStreamer plugins from the "bad" set" & installed it again and
no changes!!!
What should i do to have it functioning propably??
