Given your report it seems likely that the problem exists only in
version 2.11.2 and not in 2.10.11 (the Karmic version). Due to problems
with the 2.11.2 version it was decided to "downgrade" the version in
Lucid to 2.10.11, so your problem might no longer exist if you upgrade
your system. Could you retry with the current version?
