Since last week,most of my emails are going straight into the 'junk' folder without me wanting it or knowing it. Also, I cannot 'move' or 'copy' them from the 'junk' folder into the 'in box' or any other folder. I just get another one of the same email ( duplicate) back into the 'junk' folder. I do not know how to reproduce this as it happens with emails coming in from outside. I hope you can help. Thanks.
