Binary package hint: gnome-media
Scrolling the mousewheel with the cursor over the applet icon changes
the volume. Opening the slider and scrolling the wheel over the slider
also changes volume.
BUT: If you open the slider and then mouse wheel over the system tray
icon, this no longer changes the volume. (It used to in Karmic)
