I also removed laptop-mode-tools and omnibook packages and reinstalled gnome-power-manager, bug still exists. I've also notices that now brightness control buttons work without omnibook module loaded, but every second start. Maybe problem is in the kernel, another way how can brightness control buttons work? They didn't work on my laptop starting from Ubuntu 7.04. The same for Fn-F3 button. Now it started to suspend laptop and it works very well.
