I also removed laptop-mode-tools and omnibook packages and reinstalled
gnome-power-manager, bug still exists. I've also notices that now
brightness control buttons work without omnibook module loaded, but
every second start. Maybe problem is in the kernel, another way how can
brightness control buttons work? They didn't work on my laptop starting
from Ubuntu 7.04. The same for Fn-F3 button. Now it started to suspend
laptop and it works very well.

I don't know what file should be fix to correct this problem.
