Binary package hint: totem
Certain files (namely, Matroska with vobsub subtitles) do not work
properly with totem-video-thumbnailer. Output from a manual run looks
like the following:
$ totem-video-thumbnailer Last\ Exile\ 13.mkv le.jpg
** Message: Error: GStreamer encountered a general stream error.
matroska-demux.c(5241): gst_matroska_demux_loop ():
/GstPlayBin2:play/GstURIDecodeBin:uridecodebin0/GstDecodeBin2:decodebin20/GstMatroskaDemux:matroskademux0:
stream stopped, reason not-negotiated
But somehow, Nautilus sometimes manages to get a thumbnail for these
files... if I clear out ~/.thumbnails/fail and refresh in Nautilus it
will work, some of the time (maybe 1 time in 4)
