Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
The icons (e.g. Network-Manager-Applet, Bluetooth-Applet etc.) in the upper
gnome-panel are overlapping or displayed twice sometimes I log in.
The duplicated icons can not be clicked so I think of this as a bug just in
appearance.
This bug appeared using Ubuntu 10.04 but I remember having this problem
sometimes in 9.10, too.
"killall gnome-panel" makes the panel reload and then everything is fine then
but this is a little bit annoying and I could imagine that most people don't
know how to fix this.
I found out that I am not the only one with this problem due to posts in some
forums.
