Public bug reported:
Open a PDF in evince that contains links (e.g.
http://jigsaw.w3.org/Doc/JigsawDoc.pdf ) and move the mouse over some links.
They may well not work
Change the zoom (usually works best changing smaller)
The links now work
Change the zoom (usually works worst changing bigger)
The links probably don't work now
Tested with latest dapper as of this report and various PDFs
