Binary package hint: gnome-session

On startup, my Ubuntu 9.10 computer displays no widnow border, i've
found that changing the Visual Effects makes it automatically appear,
but this getting annoying having to do that everytime i turn it on. This
problem started randomly, it has always worked then one night it
started, no updates or new software had been installed that same day.
Nothing had changed on the computer for 2 startup's ago when i installed
some sound enhancement software.

My Stat's
os:ubuntu 9.10
Video: Nvidia 9600 GSO(fully installed)(dual moniter)
Processor: Amd athlon 64 5600+
Ram: 2GB's
