Version 10.04 LTS Lucid Lynx
The panels do not seem to remain where and as they were when I first
installed the package. They were fine for a couple of days, then after a
number of software updates the panels started to move or disappear when
booted up. I have added software to Lynx, but I had not done anything to
the gnome panels. Just not too sure why stuff keeps moving or
disappearing.
I am running a dual boot system, Windows XP and Ubuntu off a Dell
Latitude D520, clean installation from CD no partition adjustments.

panels keep disappearing or moving after boot up. None of the panels were
changed from their default formats. I have lost the functionality of the bottom
panel.
