This bug has not appeared for some time now, but today it reappeared. I also noticed that this time the battery applet was loaded into the indicator applet. Most of the times the battery applet does not work for me (probably caused by this this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libusb/+bug/427805 ) I think there might be a connection.
