I have the same issue. I really wanted to report it but as stated above, it is not possible. Moreover, after this 'unreportable' error another one comes (gdu-volume monitor closed unexpectadly). Also this one is not reportable. After few seconds the whole system completely freezes with distorted stripes all over the screen and all I can do is hard reboot. So I do not have a chance to send any log or whatever needed!!!
Obviously there is a problem with VGA drivers or something like that. I do not have any special PC and what is the most important, IT HAS BEEN WORKING flawlessly since 8.10 till 9.10 including!! I do not understand how can happen that once working graphic can be after one and half year corrupted in so-called 'LTS' release. I really would like to contribute, send any log, anything that would help but I simply cant because as said my computer booted with Lucid Live CD freezes few moments after startup, and after reported gdu errors appeared. The bug report I submmitted has been ignored so far so I am trying to repeat it here as it is the same problem. -- gdu-notification-daemon closed unexpectedly - Lucid RC Live CD https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/568565 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-disk-utility in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
