Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver
After having locked the screen and pressing a button (or moving the
mouse pointer) and having unlocked the screen, X no longer accepts
keyboard input, though I can still switch to the console using
Ctrl+Alt+F[1-6].
If I open the keyboard preferences (System > Preferences > Keyboard),
the keyboard works fine again.
The problem appears with the internal keyboard in my laptop, I haven't
tried it on my desktop, since the problem only appeared this morning.
This is on a fully updated lucid system.
