Opening the same document in Adobe Reader 8.0 produces a warning dialog 
about not being able to load the embedded font Arial Bold. The document 
looks OK though, whereas in evince or other poppler-based readers only a 
fraction of the text is displayed.

I really think evince should warn the user that something is wrong with 
the document. Showing error messages in the console isn't enough.
