The print dialog should remember the file format (i.e. pdf over ps) and
the folder (selectable, but not each and every time), when saving to a
file. Furthermore, the GUI selection of the radio button is downright
ugly, compared to OSX: see screenshot, the huge grey rectangle over the
radio button under the mouse cursor. Furthermore, it should ask for a
name (or confirm if empty), instead of just dumping a ".extension" file.
