Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
1) Using Ubuntu 10.04
2) gnome-power-manager 2.30.0-0ubuntu1
3) Expected: When battery is discharging, it should sense it, and apply the
power preferences as "on battery power".
4) What happens: Reports the battery discharge percentage correctly, but writes
status as "fully charged" and never enters the "on battery power" regime -
won't dim the screen, won't hibernate on low ~2% power, ect... Additionally,
the indicator applet showing that the battery is full.
When CHARGING - all the reports and the functionality is correct.
