Thanks for your report. Could you run the command:
'sudo apt-get install --reinstall gnome-system-tools'
and see if that fixes your problem?
The file triggerring the error is a file present in 2.28 but not in
2.30. But I don't know why it makes the upgrade fail. Nobody has
reported this problem when upgrading... I assume you're coming from
Karmic?
