Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: seahorse-plugins

When the checkbox "Show icon in status area when passphrases are memory"
is checked (in seahorse-preferences>PGP Passphrase), and a passphrase is
cached in memory by seahorse-agent, seahorse-agent shows an icon in the
notification area. Upon left click, a window pops up showing keys for
which passphrases are cached, and shows a button which will clear the
cache.

This should be investigated to be ported to use Application Indicators.
