Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

Hi there,

I'm using ubuntu8.10 as normal user. Following are the list of actions,
I performed:

- Attached USB attached disk (NTFS)
- Mounted disk manually using mount command with force option on /media/cdrom0
- Copied data approximately 3G including iso file & giff files.
- Detached the usb disk without unmounting it first
- Lost most of copied data
- Data does not exist on source/destination folders.

Please assist.

Regards

Hamad
