Last update now. As long as I need a "stable" Lucid system, I decided to clean-up everything without spending more time in this investigation of the bug. The problem actually arose when trying to debugging a proposed version of a buggy package. After that trial, I caused the system to become unstable (from the APT point of view).
Therefore I cleaned up everything just a few minutes ago, deleting /etc/sources.list.d/ddebs and removing all *-dbgsym packages. Now the system is correct and APT is working well.
