Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

After logging in to the system, if I leave my system unattended, i.e.
not moving the mouse, touching the keyboard etc., the screen will go
blank after about 5 minutes, even though this option has been disabled
through the power management dialog (and the screensaver has been
disabled as well). If I do anything (either before or after the screen
has gone blank), the problem does not show itself.
