Public bug reported:
Extend the settings for xscreensaver-gnome so that when laptop is plugged into
power outlet it will cycle through the selected screensavers as normal. However,
when the laptop is running on battery it should automatically just use the blank
screen so that the system can run longer onits battery.
Perhaps also include this feature (request of implementation) in
kscreensaver.
